Hardwicks Way was a two storey area with commercial space allocation on the ground and first floors of a recently completed 11 storey domestic housing development. Nut Interiors were approached and asked to produce a high specification office environment serviced to the highest standard.
The location and planning conditions imposed on the original construction presented an internal environment badly lacking in external windows and daylight whilst presenting limited slab to slab dimensions. The space inherent was an empty shell, we designed an internal office environment with new air conditioning, ventilation, raised floors, public health services, small power, partitioning, fixtures and finishes.
The design of all mechanical and electrical systems was carried out with the carbon footprint in mind whilst creating an efficient and attractive internal environment.
